I used this tool to pull out the windshield arm and it worked much better than other tools because it doesn't get in the way of bushings or anything that would keep my other tools from getting under my arm. This tool grabbed the edges of the hand and slowly but surely pulled on the hand. As you all know, you tense it up slowly and you wait, and then you tense it up a little bit more and eventually the hand just jumps and gets lost. Be sure to put down a rag or something similar to cushion the instrument from falling. The tool is well built, durable and does its job well.
