The customer service is amazing - they are always available for questions or concerns, which I appreciate. Their support team is also great at getting back in touch within an hour of reaching out if there's anything that needs addressing or more information needed. Sometimes it takes longer than expected, but not too much time and definitely worth the wait. This tool has made our onboarding process so simple and efficient. It helps us keep track of all the information we need to provide each new client upon their first meeting, as well as any notes from previous meetings. We use this during the intake phase, to help ensure nothing gets missed.
