The user interface is very easy to use and has all the required tools in one place. There are a lot of integrations available for various third party platforms as well. They have a great team behind them who are always there to help out. We love using this tool because it helps us manage our CRM, A/B testing, live chat, email marketing etc. from one dashboard. It also allows me to track my activity across different channels (social media). I would say that their support team could be better…

Amazing technology and fantastic team behind it!!

The ability to target our customers so well that we can create custom messages specific only towards them (and not other similar people). It's also easy enough use within an email marketing tool like Mailchimp or Constant Contact as it integrates very nicely into their platforms too! Easy Ordering System With A Lot Of Features

I like how Voyado constantly updates their app and is always adding new features it makes our job easy when we send an order to a client through the system. There are some times where the application takes more than 5 seconds to load. This can be frustrating but not enough for me to dislike this software. Their support team was very helpful and responded quickly if there were any questions I needed answered. It's great that they have so many different types of products or services that you…

  • The customer service rep helped guide my orders in what category would best fit them needs, also gave suggestions with other similar items within those categories which saved time during sales calls instead looking up specific item names online without help from anyone else! Also had good tech reps at nighttime hours who knew all about problems such issues before calling into work again!! All these things really make working hard worth

Easy way for tracking your staff members

The best thing about this software is that it makes my work easier as I can monitor all employees at once without having to physically go into each employee's area! It doesn't have any downsides but maybe if there was something more specific like an app or mobile version would be nice so we could use our smart phones while using their computer screens instead. We are able track which associates do not log off when they should by simply looking up who hasn't logged out within 1 hour after…

Great Integration between two tools you wouldn't expect

The ability to easily integrate our store's POS system (Voyo) into Salesforce makes it very easy to pull inventory information from within sales reports or other applications that run off of SFDC like Hubspot! There are some things I dislike about this integration as well - sometimes there can be an issue where we have multiple instances open at once which causes problems when trying to link them up correctly. We've been able to fix these issues by closing out all but 1 instance before linking
