The user interface is very easy to use and has all the required tools in one place. There are a lot of integrations available for various third party platforms as well. They have a great team behind them who are always there to help out. We love using this tool because it helps us manage our CRM, A/B testing, live chat, email marketing etc. from one dashboard. It also allows me to track my activity across different channels (social media). I would say that their support team could be better. But they are quick to respond and solve issues at hand. We are solving problems like - how do we manage multiple campaigns and channels? How do we track activities across multiple channels? How do we integrate with other third parties such as Mailchimp, Zendesk etc.?
