Easy way for tracking your staff members

The best thing about this software is that it makes my work easier as I can monitor all employees at once without having to physically go into each employee's area! It doesn't have any downsides but maybe if there was something more specific like an app or mobile version would be nice so we could use our smart phones while using their computer screens instead. We are able track which associates do not log off when they should by simply looking up who hasn't logged out within 1 hour after logging onto the system. This also helps me keep better tabs because now i know where everything needs attention from them before giving another performance rating update (which used too much time).

Pros

How easy its for everyone in HR/Accounting team, especially those less tech savvy people such myself with little training period compared to other applications available today very user friendly interface; you get what u payed for..its affordable! Also allows us flexibility since most functions run great both ways whether through desktop browsers OR smartphone apps!!!!! :)
