Considering the cost of this item, I'd say it meets expectations. I ordered the cream and a the color is as pictured- a bit off-white, light tan. Some reviewers have complained about the products' size and it is relatively small, but I believe it is a normal size for a pouf. As for the comment that the knitting is off-center, I agree with the other reviewer that it is very easy to readjust. The knit itself is very loose, but the fabric underneath is the same color so it's not noticeable unless you're staring at it up close. Lastly, some people complained about it not being firm. They're right, it isn't, but, what did they expect for this price? This pouf is about $20-50 cheaper than similar products, so I never expected it to be top quality. I wanted this item for decorative purposes and, for that, it is great.
