Review on 💆 Revitalize and Protect Skin with StriVectin Super-B Barrier Strengthening Oil - 1 Fl Oz by Angel Caldwell

I was excited to try this product. The StriVectin brand has long been known for its innovative products. The oil came in an elegant colorful bottle. Just a few drops smoothed and covered my skin beautifully. It absorbs better than other oil based products I've tried. I love the claims of more beautiful skin ie wrinkle reduction and more even skin tone in just 6 weeks. That sounds good. Unfortunately, the product page doesn't list the ingredients meant to perform this function, so I had to look it up online. I ran the ingredient list through a cosmetic analyzer. I wasn't happy to see that 4 ingredients were potentially comedogenic and 4 were possibly fungal. I also noticed that the product contains coconut oil, which pisses me off. I will continue with the product but be careful. Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Shea Butter Ethyl Esters, Isopropyl Palmitate, Squalane, Myristyl Nicotinate, Passiflora Edulis Seed Oil, Plankton Extract, Bacillus Enzyme, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil , Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Avena Sativa (Oat) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Quercus Suber Bark Extract, Oak Root Extract, Panthenyl Triacetate , Glyceryl Caprylate, Glycerin, Naringenin, Caprylic Hydroxamic Acid, Fragrance/Perfume, Tocopherol, Citric Acid, Hydroxycitronellal.
