I am 5 9 150 and waist size 29-31 depending on the item of clothing such as jeans stretch jeans dress pants sweatpants etc I ordered 3 pack first the black size is medium and they fit great, i like to wear them under shorts for running or yoga. Medium size gives me a lot of space. I wanted to buy more so I bought 3 packs, 3 colors in a small size because I wanted them to be a little tighter like underwear to wear under jeans.
