It's really easy! We were able to get our mail server set-up within an hour of signing into their site (we're new users). I am not sure how it works with other providers but we are using this for all incoming emails from customers who send us invoices online via PayPal/Venmo etc., so no spam getting through at present time either way :) The support team has been great - they responded very quickly when questions arose about setting things up initially as well as after launch once everything was working properly. Nothing yet - just trying out different configurations until what feels right comes along. Emailing customer leads directly off social media sites like Facebook & Twitter which helps cut down heavily by having separate contact points.
