Defective product and packaging
After trying to open the packaging for 30 minutes (it was like the product was taped to the inside of the box and the plastic was around the bottle very difficult to remove. I cut myself really badly during the process. After the product was out of the box I couldn't open side 1 and side 2 was torn and leaking. As if someone had already sent the product back.
