I bought this item because my son and I have asthma and humidifiers are good for cold dry air in winter. He not only helps us when we are sick. But it helps to loosen up the music and keep the lungs and nasal passages clear. This is so important! The noise level doesn't seem to be there, you can't even hear it working. When you press the button to adjust the mist slightly, there will be a small beep. It's very easy to clean and I love that it top fills. And sleep on it was activated only once, just fell asleep without filling it before bed. And I can confirm and deactivate for security 🙌Best investment!
