I just got it, and I've been using it for exactly 24 hours) I switched from the phone that irritated me the most to this one, the Xiaomi Mi5s. Although it's possible that any other device could make me happy, using this one has made me very happy. This is probably as it should be, but when I got it there was around 40% of the charge left, and while I was playing with it, synchronizing it, setting things up, installing it, and messaging for maybe 5 or 6 hours, the charge plummeted to 10%. I left it in standby mode for about an hour, checked the time multiple times, and the battery's charge remained at 100 percent the entire time. It is also very long-lasting when used in the active mode. This seems to be quite the difference to me. Xiaomi sat down for a total of approximately 10 hours of standby time and three hours of active work. Also, OnePlus charged really quickly. (After using it for a month: it charges rapidly, the charge lasts for a long time, and I do not worry that it will become discharged during the day) Bloggers claimed that the touch ID on my old Xiaomi was superior, but in reality, it was inferior because it could only recognize pin codes. Because of the lightning-fast speed with which this function completes its tasks and the absence of any problems, I immediately installed it everywhere. Face ID is much more convenient because it works instantaneously, even from a distance, from a variety of angles, and in landscape layout. It just does not work with sunglasses, despite the fact that it should ( After a month of use, the Touch ID feature occasionally fails to function, but it is still very handy to employ. The Face ID system functions well, however it has trouble recognizing people in low light or when their faces are obscured by objects. Because of the need for additional protection, you will be prompted to enter your password in numerical form once every two to three days. My primary annoyances are the lack of autonomy and the erratic braking that is caused by the brakes overheating from the start thanks to Xiaomi. Since there aren't any issues of that nature, I can rejoice. The camera is just average. But I decided to go for it nonetheless, despite the fact that I rarely make use of it. Pictures tend to blur when taken indoors. And the video stabilization is terrible while you're shooting it; everything shakes in a straight line (there are numerous examples of this online, so I won't apply any of them). It's possible that utilizing other programs will fix this problem, but I haven't experimented with that yet. Get an Apple iPhone if you are looking for a camera.
