Based on the product description I decided it was seaweed. When he said "mixture" I thought it was a mixture of seaweed. Nowhere does it say it's mixed with nutritional yeast. Algae is green, yeast is beige, and most of what was in my bag was beige. He will be sent back. There is no reason to dilute seaweed with yeast unless it is about the price, and in fact the price is not high. I am disappointed with the lack of information preventing me from purchasing. Now I have to wrap it up, print the label and take it somewhere to return it.
