Amazing, but not permanent
Customer service is good, I already had a new pair before the return window closed (the sole broke before the return window closed).
I then got a new pair (end of January) and this is how it looks in early May...too late to return this time (see attached photos). If your child's feet are growing fast, that's normal, otherwise you should know that they last about 3 months.
- i love boots A little dirty but most of it has been washed off. daughter loves her
- Uncomfortable fit that makes it difficult for the child to walk.
