Review on Wenger Patriot Rolling Case - Black 🧳 for Up to 17-Inch Laptop, including Notebook Case (WA-7953-02F00) by Troy Boren

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best computer case the best in the computer and accessories category

I've been there 6 times and took the case with me. Every ride was a breeze. I can put it on the side or front on the top shelf and it fits great, the doors close, nothing to push or pinch. Compartments and zipper are durable. I pack a lot but only want to take 1 carry-on bag with me. The zippers hold up well. The grip may seem weak, but if you pull the outstretched grip in all directions because you're too lazy to carry it, it still holds. And we're talking about 35 pounds of material. There are many cheaper 17 wheel panniers out there, but you get what you pay for. I've tried store brands that have weak zippers, or the case doesn't hold up and breaks easily, or the wheels wobble. So here is my rating. Pros: 1) The best 17 I've used are worth the money unless your laptop is only $200 then buy something cheaper. 2) Sturdy zippers and compartments 3) Multiple pockets and mounts (velcro/mesh) 4) Sturdy extended handle (hollow metal can be deceiving) 5) Sturdy fabric, I ran into corners that might tear my other cases but this one beats that kept : It's actually a preference, not a minus 1) Get rid of the 2-compartment split folder and just make it 1 big compartment. I think I'll rip mine out. 2) On an airplane, the bag is almost as wide as the narrow aisle and only 1/2 inch on each side for you to roll it, so it's difficult to roll. This is the only time I actually pick it up and carry it with me. Update next month. I will take it with me on 2 trips abroad. It will be fun.update* Traveled to Malaysia, Thailand and China. Still in the same bag, no holes, tears, broken zipper or broken handle. i love this bag
