I love the simplicity of this product. Perhaps this has affected the humidity, and it comes out in tiny clumps. Not bad enough to stop using.

I love this birth control option! I never got pregnant from them. I just wish they were a little smaller or brought something to slide them in there. I do not recommend them for young women or very sexually active women as you will need to use a new strip for each intercourse.

I love how easy it is to use! I hate birth control because of my mood and changes in my body, in addition to the risk of cancer, so this was a great solution and not just a withdrawal method. I have tried other spermicides which have soiled and irritated both my partner and myself which I have not experienced with this product.

I have been using this product successfully for several years now and have never experienced any side effects. It's quick, easy and efficient.
