I've had this backpack for a few weeks now. I use it for work, everyday trips and even short hikes. The backpack is reliable and strong. The quality is good, the fabric is thick and durable. The backpack is filled with a number of features that I don't need, but I immediately took advantage of them because they are there. In other words, add-ons are really useful. In addition, the price of this product is simply unbeatable. The front zip pocket is similar to one of those old JanSport backpacks. But this one is larger which means my sunglass case fits in my pocket leaving room for lots of other stuff. Has two side pockets for water bottles. They don't stretch, but they are small and snug and fit and hold water bottles very well. There's a cool buckle running down the center of the upper back that I think you can tuck things under, maybe a yoga mat or something. , or just to keep the bag closed when you've overloaded it. There are pen holders, a mouse pocket, etc. in the main compartment. Plenty of storage pockets. Also on the side of the bag there is a hole for headphones, which is very convenient. It even has a USB charging port that you can plug into your pocket if you want to charge your phone or do whatever you want with the USB port. In addition, it has a separate area to put your laptop, with lots of nice soft padding for protection. There is also an inner zip pocket where you can store keys, USB sticks or other small essentials. On the back you have straps. Customizable and really soft padding as you would expect. There is a fabric strap on the back where you can throw a skateboard or something else if you like it. But what I like the most is the zip pocket on the back. Too bad they don't show more pictures on the Amazon page because you wouldn't know it even existed and I almost miss it backpack in hand. I didn't have a proper place for my phone when hiking, the zipped pocket running through the back of the bag near the bottom was perfect. It's protected by foam, so although I've climbed quite a bit and thrown my bag, I wasn't worried about my phone being fully protected. Don't get me wrong, this is a "simple" style backpack. It only has two compartments - a main compartment (divided into a main compartment and a laptop sleeve) and a front pocket - but it's packed with useful extras and is surprisingly efficient and roomy on the inside, while taking up little space on the outside.
