My daughter is a dancer and I saw it was recommended by the dance moms group I belong to and decided to give it a try! It was recommended to be used to keep those frizzy hair out without making it too coarse and to keep the frizzy strands in place while dancing. I love this thing, it works great! My daughter's hair is half straight half curly which also helps us tame those wild curly frizzy strands on the front of her head. It's not sticky, it doesn't have a strong smell, you only have to use it a little and you won't even notice it's on your hair!
