Arrived quickly. I didn't have a lot of yellow and for the price I would have gotten 2 black and other colors. Tried yellow, did not help. I sent everything back with a picture. There are no questions about returns. The company contacted me about the firmware I'm using. Recently updated but didn't know which one. The company asked if they could send me a new package with all the cartridges and if I would let them know if they worked. I received the replacement very quickly and am so glad all the cartridges work and there are no printing issues. I paid over $28 for a genuine HP yellow cartridge because HP won't let you print when the color is low. I will order all cartridges from this company. Excellent customer service that stands behind their products. I am very grateful to them. I was not asked to write a review. I offered to pay but they said I didn't have to. They also thanked me for taking the time to try the new cartridges. Simply order if your printer is listed for that cartridge.
