I rejected the Escort Solo2 radio radar detector because it kept falling off the windshield and was very annoying. After that it was not used for at least two years. I decided to try this holder and it was like glue on the windshield! Excellent glue quality as it is very cold now and I drive from cold to warm garage and back. I will actually order another holder for my other car. It still shakes a little when I'm driving on a particularly rough road, and it shakes a lot less on a smooth road.
