The device is more durable than I expected from the pictures. Fits easily on my desk, powers multiple external hard drives and a few random USB ports here and there. The device worked perfectly for 2 months, during this time the USB ports simply stopped working. Wouldn't ask for anything. Regular 110V outlets worked fine. I have never dropped the unit or damaged it etc. On a whim I wrote to the company explaining the problem. I received a reply within a day and a few days later I had a warranty card on my porch. I am very satisfied with the seller's responsiveness, the ease of compliance with the guarantee and the speed of the transaction. Definitely feels trustworthy.
