Excellent spoons. They let my 7 month old baby hold them and feed himself. She mostly just chews on it after I put her food on it. LOLI isn't afraid she might choke on it because of the safety ring. I will say that they contain a lot of food, so you need to be careful not to stuff too much food in your child's mouth. I love that they come with two and also have a case to keep them clean. The only thing I don't like is that the safety ring makes it difficult to access the baby food jars, so I put the food in the bowl instead. That's more dishes to prepare, but I don't mind.
