Includes strap, tool and mini hook for connecting straps and 2 panels, one with protective film, the other without. I was surprised by this but glad to be able to turn it off when the screen protector eventually gets scratched. The rubber sleeve is between the screen and the front panel. Once there was a case where the edges of the screen got scratched after some dirt got in between. It doesn't look like it's going to happen in this case. The case itself is nice, the main body has a little foam padding between the back of the Kindle and the case, and everything snaps easily into place and comes apart easily. No more losing your fingernails trying to reach your device or worrying about breaking it when sliding it in and out of a case. While this case seems perfect, I'm sure I'll find bugs over time, but for now it's great!
