Bought this charger to replace my MacBook. As soon as I plug it in, my computer smokes. took it for repair, and they told me that the motherboard was blown, the power converter was blown. better get a new poppy. I bought this charger because it listed my MacBook Air. But when I plug it in, I get a message that the charge is too low to work while I'm using the computer and that it's running slow when it's off. And here is what I found. I was happy to see that the new charging cable is available for less than the old Macbook cables (which could cost around $100). However, the design requires work.
