The best thing about thinkon hybrid infrastructures was its flexibility in terms of capacity utilization as well as scalability. We were able get very large instances for our applications which really helped us meet heavy workloads without worrying too much about costs or availability concerns later down the line due to lack of capacity during peak times when we needed it most! Not many things but one could be better documentation around pricing models especially if you want longer term contracts. If your looking at this product make sure they can handle larger scale deployments - otherwise go elsewhere because there's no way an organization like yours would have room budget wise let alone time constraints to accommodate something not easily scalable. Scalable cloud environment; flexible billing model (pay per use vs pay upfront); easy management console / API access/etc etc..
