I've had my eye on trunk organizers for a long time. I looked at quite a few before settling on this particular one. Things I cared about: Foldable - if I don't need to use all the compartments I wanted to make sure I could fold it up so it doesn't take up all of my storage space (I have an SUV). It's easy to open/close, although I've kept it open since I've had it. Sturdy - Many of the ones I looked at were rated as brittle or poor construction. This item is definitely durable and well constructed. Other nice features (not as important as the two listed above): Security - You can use the straps to keep it in place by hooking it to the cargo hooks. If you have a small trunk, you probably don't need it. I keep a non-slip mat in the back of my SUV to keep it in place even when I'm not clinging to it. Pockets - Plenty of external pockets for things you don't want to lose in large openings or for documents you need quick access to. Separators - You can customize the separators to suit your needs. Price - comparable in price to other similar devices. I was hoping to pay a little less but now that I have the organizer and see the quality I have no regrets about my purchase. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
