This shelf looks great, is solid and doesn't scratch at all as other reviews have said. It was easy to install and in the *DID* box was a quick guide that was easy to follow and I don't usually do these kinds of DIY projects. I installed it in my bathroom and drilled grout between the tiles. I used a 3/16" bit that I had to buy separately at the hardware store. I put the drill bit in my Black & Decker AS6NG alkaline cordless screwdriver that I bought from Revain. There was barely enough room in that hole for the drywall anchors I had to maneuver and rotate the drill a few extra seconds to make the hole a little bigger so I could place the drywall anchors and drive them in. In the end the setup looks perfect, feels solid and I plan to buy more of them immediately.
