They give off a pleasant yellow light. That's all. They are an exact replacement for halogen without modifications. My Subaru has steering responsive fog lights and they worked well. To be honest these tubes can work really well but they literally put my Hikari Ultras to shame. This is what I currently use for high and low beam. They are amazing. Perhaps because the Hikari are so bright, these alla bulbs are almost impossible to see. I actually just removed them and replaced them with Hikari Ultras. I really wanted yellow fog lights, but I'm willing to give up yellow in exchange for a surprisingly bright white on my new Hikari Ultras. If you want to keep the standard halogen bulbs for your headlights, these Alla bulbs might be for you. However, if you upgrade your headlights, don't worry about that at all. .
