Update: After writing a review and returning these boots I immediately received an email from the company. They sent me the right size for my horse and I have to say I am very impressed with both the product itself and the excellent customer service! The new boots fit perfectly - they have not shifted while riding and are a solid, well designed product. I will definitely be a regular customer after this wonderful experience with Cavalry! Nice design but they are very small! I ordered a large size for my mare who wears size 1 horseshoes and usually medium flared boots and I couldn't even get the velcro around her hoof. Disappointed - looks great.
