I wear XL sweatshirts because I like them looser. I wear everything in shirts. I've ordered 3 times from other reviews and I'm glad I did. It's not tight. A little baggy. My new pup LOVES it, he knows exactly where to get it. Its sleeves are very light so it doesn't look like a normal hoodie but more like a long sleeve shirt. The chest piece is warmer but that's probably because my dog is in it. The dog seat opens up for washing, so it's good if she needs an extra wash before the whole jacket. I'm sure I could do 2x and still be in shape, but I wanted to play it safe. Overall a good product for some bonding time!
