Review on Review Tool by Paul Wall

I liked that it was easy to use, very user friendly and you can customize everything as per requirements of business or organization. It is quite expensive for small organizations where budget constraints are high. Also there should be more options available like adding new fields etc., which would have made this tool even better than what we had now!! We used this software at our workplace for feedbacks from customers about their experience with us. This gave us an insight into areas that needed improvement and also allowed me to address them right away!
