Review on 🤲 Ease Arthritis Discomfort with Lightweight Wrist Supports Compression by Jesse Diaz

I ordered these soft palm rests after visiting a specialist who diagnosed a small tear in my TFCC. Lifting with wrist supination (lifting the trash can with palm up), gripping with ulnar or radial deviation (holding the handlebar, holding the plate while washing dishes) was difficult. I tried a hard splint on my wrist, which sometimes increased the pain and was very uncomfortable; I felt like my left hand was practically useless. These compression bands are strong but not tight. I can type in it or do chores knowing I won't accidentally stretch or tilt my wrist too far in any direction. They are also comfortable for sleeping. The pain definitely subsided with their use and I started not using them for 6 hours a day. Highly recommended. I noticed that there is no sizing information for these shorter compression bands. There are longer ones for those who need extra support - the larger size includes sizing information. I ordered a small based on the information and the item is true to size.
