Overall okay - my new review

I recently noticed that one flange doesn't securely fit without easily a slidding off. That impacts the suction but overall a good buy and has saved my nipples.

Pros

The flange is super comfy and the tube is like xl would be perfect for elastic nips

Cons

The product may not be compatible with all breast shield designs
