These fit better than the ones that came with my pump. However the suction is quite a bit less. It’s like they do. It fit together as tight allowing an air leak. This results in less milk.

Used for supplemental pumping alongside nursing. Comfortable enough without the silicone rings (they pinch with them). Strong suction but unfortunately cracked after less than two weeks of use. Not really impressed considering they’re only being used once or twice a day.

Sizing was good. Quality seems cheap. Cracked the first time I washed them. Tried to call the customer service number on the box. No one answered. Wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased these for my Medela manual pump and they work great. They fit snug and are clear so I can see through them easily.

These are soComfy and the price is right. However, I’m not sure if it’s the shape or the cushion - I always find milk pooling and leaking toward the bottom. I never have this with my medela flanges, which are more oblong and there’s no gapping around the cushioned part. I really want to love these they just don’t work great for me :(

My original medela parts was very uncomfortable to use with a pumping bra. I am large chested so my skin would wrap around the shield and get pinched between that and the bra. Not with this! It is very comfortable and I highly recommend this product.

This could be more comfortable, but it does have a rubber or skill one pad on it on the edge of the rims.I use this with my Lansinoh Smart pump 2.0 as the company does not sell any size smaller than 21. The silicone or rubber rim is actually similar to that of the ones that came with my pump.My only complaint is the comfort other than that great buy!

suction is good on the 19mm flange I purchased. Make sure to take rubber seal off when cleaning. After pumping there is a little bit of milk near cup if not placed well around breast. For the purpose it did its job well.

the suction is exactly the same as medela’s and just as comfortable. it’s way better priced too. honestly i like nenesupply’s flanges more than i like maymom because these seem better made/stronger.

Comfortable, good suction, but as a first time mom who is having difficulty producing milk, it was incredibly disappointing to have milk trapped under the silicon.

The neck of the flange is long enough that I don’t have to worry about my nipples hitting the back of the pump! Thank goodness 😅 good seal for adequate suction as well.

This product arrived with dried MILK in them! Was not cleaned before sent out which is disgusting when you think about it!

These fit perfectly with my Medela pump and parts. I’ve been trying to find the best size for me to pump and have poured so much money into pumping this time around that I didn’t want to spend money for the name brand replacement parts. These are a good replacement at a decent price so you can replace your Medela parts or have an extra set.

They’re so long it’s easier for them to lose the seal on your breast. I had to hold them in place even with a pumping bra on. The flange may cause milk supply issues or fluctuations!

Works well if you take the white part off. If not, milk will leak under it. But given the price and the fact medela doesn’t have this size, I love it!

Don’t pay the extra money to get the one with the silicone rings. They don’t stay. I ended up taking them off and using the flanges without them. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Just save yourself a few bucks and order the regular ones.

I was a little disappointed in these. I thought the soft flange would be like the Medela in the sense that the soft part is an extension of the hard plastic but this is just soft silicone that you put on top of the hard plastic and milk ends up getting trapped in there and is wasted.Also, I don't understand how you are supposed to massage the breast any more easily than if you got the ones without the soft coverings.

I've been pumping for 5 months with the flanges that came with my pump and I hated it. I would only pump after the 1st feeding in the morning because it was so uncomfortable. My nips would ache for hours after a pump and it hurt to breastfeed. I finally took the time to measure my nips and then ordered this adapter. I recently noticed that one flange doesn't securely fit without easily a slidding off. That impacts the suction but overall a good buy and has saved my nipples.

Made well, but the long neck makes it hard to clean. Because the neck is longer it also didn’t stay in place as well with my hands free pumping bra- I had to keep a hand on the flanges or else I would lose suction
