I've been pumping for 5 months with the flanges that came with my pump and I hated it. I would only pump after the 1st feeding in the morning because it was so uncomfortable. My nips would ache for hours after a pump and it hurt to breastfeed. I finally took the time to measure my nips and then ordered this adapter. I've been using these for about a week now and all I can say is WOW! No more sore nips, no more pain while pumping, and my milk supply is better than ever. I didn't think a different sized flange would make that much of a difference but boy was I surprised!
