Revainrating 5 out of 5

No trash. It's GREAT

Color may not be exactly as shown - mine is orange and it's less 'orange building cone' (which would be really cool) than shown; it is a less intense color. almost "neon pastel" if that makes sense. Suppose I could deduct half a star for that, but honestly I cared a lot less about color than functionality. But aside from the color, it's exactly what it says it is. Ease of installation. Just pay attention to the instructions. The hardest thing will be getting them out! But it's pretty intuitive, just give the elastic a light tug and you should be able to pull it out. The whole process took me maybe 5 minutes. The tablet was purchased solely to run the XR-18 mixer app. I only left the strap out because I don't need it, but when you do need it, just unclip the short strap that attaches to it and replace it with the long one in your bag. Don't cut it off at the corners like I did if you really need a strap! The stand was difficult to pull out the first time, after that there were no more problems. I pull it in and out probably 20 times in an hour, and it takes almost no effort to pull out with a finger and thumb to slide down until it clicks into place. The kid could probably do it so I'm not sure what the problem is with the guy with the 1 star rating. Should I post a "how to" video? The kickstand is probably the weak link though, as it's a moving plastic part. Time will tell how it holds up. ). Your whole hand shouldn't go through (it's not a watch! -lol), just four fingers with a tablet on your palm so to speak, as shown in ALL the photos in the seller's advertisement. Oh yes, you must master the art of Velcro adjustment. I love this type of holder so much it's so awesome your hand can hold the strap at a comfortable angle behind your tablet and then you can carry the thing around without fear of bumping into the screen. It is ergonomically very comfortable with very little stress on the wrist or fingers. I also like the rugged look, which hopefully means the tablet won't get damaged as it's passed from volunteer to volunteer week after week. I have a light color that is very difficult to lose. A second plastic panel was included in the scope of delivery! In all likelihood, this is the part that can be damaged if dropped. Worth every penny if it lasts a long time. If everything has to be replaced after a year, it's still worth it. Definitely a must-have item for a tablet to face the real world. The screen cover is plastic only and does not "stick" to the device screen; However, this doesn't seem to cause any problems with typing or scrolling. I'm toying with the idea of seeing how replacing the clear plastic with a regular stick on a tempered glass screen protector would work. It's just easier to keep clean and not scratch. It would be a huge plus if the manufacturer just made it that way, but that's how it is. I encourage other buyers to post pictures so we can all compare the colors shown on Revain to what they actually received. For me, a small change isn't significant enough to upset me. If quality problems arise prematurely, I will update my rating and review. If this review was helpful, please let me know by clicking the Helpful button. Hooray! hp after 6 months of regular use it is holding up great. The only downside is that it doesn't help against street glare. In the end I'll try to replace it with the same one, but with an anti-reflective coating. until next summer comes. But no major regrets as I knew beforehand that it had a plastic protector that wouldn't fight glare and would be more prone to scratches than glass.
