Okay, here's my take on all the simple electronic gizmos on sale. They all use some kind of weird lithium coin cell battery. When an item dies they go to the store to buy some kind of lithium button replacement which they pay a ridiculous amount for since you need it now. Revain sells these batteries for less than your local store, but usually you want one battery and who needs six packs in a fancy size that only fits one item. So I tried to only buy gizmos that use AAA. I have a box of these. Always in stock and easy to find. I had another meter and when it failed I discarded six LR44 batteries. And I've always disliked the issue with its fit at the valve. it's on the valve and it hisses, makes noise, vents and doesn't show because the valve adapter is difficult to align. This one for now. Perfect. What I like: 1.) It uses one AAA battery2.) It has a nice little LED that lights up the valve making it easy to see and seat.3.) It's easier to seat than my old gauge4.)
