They look like a pair of barefoot running shoes, that is, thin, flexible, and lightweight flat shoes that can be worn for running, jogging, and casual wear. But no, it's ONLY shoes. Hard plastic studs and optional screw-in metal studs are not intended for everyday use. The fit is great - close to the heel and plenty of room in the toe box. They are thin, light and flexible.
