Ideal for long-distance runs.

Vest size: XS/M. Me: M, 5ft 9in, 147lbs. The vest fits me perfectly. Many adjustments. Ideal for longer unassisted runs. No jumps! , key, fuel is ideal. It can be hot on a hot day. But an inflatable belt is better in my opinion.
