Sooo disappointed. This was my husband's only Christmas present from me (Covid), he was so excited and for a moment it worked straight away but he said one of the joysticks seemed weird, of course it was broken. It was a disappointment but no big deal, made a return and waited almost a month for a replacement only to get a message saying it was 'too late' but there was no follow up. Then a message that I can get a refund if it doesn't come by such and such a date. For real? I would just do it the first time if I didn't need a controller. It's bloody expensive and I really had higher expectations. What a disappointment.
