This reflector set is a great way to soften hard shadows in product photos, especially when using natural light from a window or outside. This set comes with two reflective panels that fold like a book, allowing them to stand independently. One side of the foil (gold or silver) and the other white so you can use it in natural light or flash. Foil pages work very well in bright natural light, but they change the color of the shadows on that page (gold or silver depending on the color used). I personally prefer the white sides and since you have two you can direct the light to two different places in one shot if you like. You need stronger light to take advantage of the white sides, and you usually need to move the reflector closer to the subject to get a brighter result. However, it modifies hard shadows and brings out a brighter and more prominent subject without the need for post-processing. These boards are a fantastic investment, especially if you're using them for small objects like a product photo. They're easy to use, portable, and will take your photography to the next level at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend her.
