Review on 💻 Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16" Windows 10, Intel Core i7, 512GB SSD: Next Gen by Christine Goldwater

: I sent my msp16 in for repair and Wacom sent it back to me as new. And this is the tablet I was expecting! Works perfectly. I mostly use it in Tablet PC mode, but sometimes I connect it to my Imac with a single USB-C cable for dual-screen. However, the touch function is not that good on Mac OSX. My biggest complaint right now is Aries. It comes with 16. It has a panel to add 16 more but that will void your warranty. And indeed, I wish it could go as high as 64. My 6 year old Imac had 24 so it's not that big of a jump. I set up the Wacom OSDs to be used without a keyboard on the couch and it's very convenient. I've gotten the 24 pro to work and for most things I prefer to fall back to the MSP16. OLD: I've been a Wacom customer for a long time. Including the first 12 Cintiq, 22hd, Companion 2 before this MSP. I was always very satisfied, but a little disappointed about it. I love the screen, buttons and touch interface with Photoshop. The glass is thinner so if you press hard it will distort the colors on the LCD, which was never an issue on previous models, but it doesn't matter much and you adjust. What I was really dissatisfied with was the performance. Sometimes it gets incredibly slow if I can't use it without restarting. I've tried everything from web performance tweaks, virus scanners, a cooling pad to a clean reinstall to no avail. I can't even use it to learn how to draw to scale, I end up having to hook it up to my 9 year old imac. A $3,500 computer shouldn't have these problems. I don't know if this is bad or just an accident but I really regret not sending it back sooner. I like touch/drawing a lot so I was hoping to fix bugs. I'm hoping to replace it but doubt it :(.
