Laces cannot be replaced.
Consistent with other comments, the laces on the heel are sewn into the shoe and cannot be replaced. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great shoe. My laces broke 13 months after purchase, which is 1 month after the warranty expired. . . .

- Very good shoes. Fits perfectly in size 9 narrow. Comfortable! The order was shipped immediately.
Cons
- Shoes are not recommended for people with flat feet and require an additional insole.
