Includes 2 handles and 20 cartridges. The handles are made of plastic with rubber inserts for better grip and control. The pens do the job well enough, but look and feel light and cheap. Swing cartridges have 4 blades and a lubricating strip. The glide strip doesn't work as well as some others I've had in the past. Also, there are no rubber pads (fins) under the blades. The lines you see in the photos are just hard plastic protrusions. There is also no cutting blade. My husband tried these razors and said that while they do their job well, they don't shave as comfortably and smoothly as he is used to. My teenage daughter and I now use them to shave our legs and we find them adequate for that need as well, but not as comfortable as we would like. We both agree that in order to get a close shave and avoid cuts and irritation, we need to be more careful with them and the pressure we apply. If you have sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend these razors but they do the job well. General.
