Perfect for attaching my DSLR to my 4 day conference backpack. I wish I had had it when I went to Europe earlier this year! Since I almost always had a flash on my camera, I used it a little differently than advertised. Instead of attaching the Uniloops directly to the camera strap loops, I additionally used 1 pc. A black metal 2-in-1 quick mount plate from Foto&Tech, including a tripod mount for quick release neck straps, which I screwed into the tripod socket on the bottom of the camera . Camera. By attaching the Uniloops to the mounting plate I was able to hang the camera upside down (see photo), which worked much better with the flash attached (I even left the Rogue Flashbender on most of the time, not in the photo). I photographed almost constantly and it was very easy to just take one side of the camera and turn it right side up to take a picture (both landscape and portrait). It didn't make the whole setup completely weightless, but it distributed the weight MUCH better than a collar. However, on certain occasions I wanted to be able to easily switch to a neck strap, so I slipped the mini parachute buckles directly onto the Uniloops and connected the other ends to the neck strap (see photo). I am so impressed with how versatile this product is and how well it has performed with a heavy camera for such a long period of time!
