I like it! for camera and photo

The ideal solution for traveling with a camera! It's always accessible, but also securely attached to my pack (I followed another reviewer's excellent advice and replaced the pack's connectors with Grimlocks for added security). That means no extra neck/shoulder straps, the weight of the camera is evenly distributed (unlike mounting plates that just attach to a backpack strap), and with a properly fitted/fitted backpack I honestly don't even have the weight of the camera notes camera and the…

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • almost never

Very practical system for carrying a DSLR holster on the chest, which can be hung on the straps of a backpack when hiking. Can use a strap adapter to make a shoulder strap for the bag when detached from my backpack. I had a very heavy setup with a large DSLR and three lenses and accessories and one of the flat buckles on the shoulder strap came loose. If both didn't work that way I would have suffered a lot, but maybe it just wasn't fully attached so I'm now double checking the attachment and…

The reporter/backpack was perfect for the molle loops on the straps.

Reporter/backpack perfect for the Molle loops on the straps of my small inexpensive lumbar backpack. I can hike and use any of my binoculars, large or small, or my small Nikon camera in combination with the 2 mini QD setup that I also purchased. The first hook through loop was a little tricky to attach but I figured it out. I also thread the 3/4 inch split ring through the built in loops on my device and attach the other to the strap loop. Then I connect them with a small swivel hook. This way…

This is a great system - we use this system to attach binoculars to our backpacks. We have three sizes of backpacks from Deuter and they will easily fit anyone - make sure your binoculars will fit in these straps before purchasing - see attached photos. Most importantly, we've taken the burden of the binoculars off the back of your neck, and the backpack's comfortable straps distribute it evenly. It also saves us from buying a special binocular harness that brings no benefit and prevents us…

Works great, even more versatile when combined with other products

Perfect for attaching my DSLR to my 4 day conference backpack. I wish I had had it when I went to Europe earlier this year! Since I almost always had a flash on my camera, I used it a little differently than advertised. Instead of attaching the Uniloops directly to the camera strap loops, I additionally used 1 pc. A black metal 2-in-1 quick mount plate from Foto&Tech, including a tripod mount for quick release neck straps, which I screwed into the tripod socket on the bottom of the camera…

Brilliant camera and photo solution

I'm an avid traveler and photographer puzzled over how to carry a backpack and camera. I have to carry my camera where I can reach it: the camera in your backpack is useless. I looked at extremely expensive belts and totes, both chest and waist. And nothing seemed to offer convenience and utility. And then I stumbled across this $9 gem from my old friends at OP/TECH and it seemed like a good idea. The clips go around the forklifts on the Osprey Talon shoulder straps. Several reviewers noted…

Easy strap solution

This was exactly what I was looking for to be able to remove the camera pocket from the front of the backpack. I attached them to the shoulder straps and backpack and placed the camera in the front where it's easy to reach and helps balance the weight of the backpack. I don't feel that the straps, connectors, clips or loops are unreliable or not up to the task and I think they will last quite a long time. Connections. Unbuttoned, one is male, the other female. This means I can connect the two…

Does the job - the heart of the carrying system

The OP/TECH USA System Connector - Reporter/Backpack is the heart of a great DSLR backpack carrying system. They are attached to the straps of the backpack. They are intelligently designed for normal conditions. I bought this kit to take my Nikon D70s on day hikes in the surrounding mountains. Other reviewers have noted the plastic snaps used to attach them to backpack straps. I took no chances and ordered a set of Grimlocs (Grimloc Military D-Ring Vest Backpack Clip Snap Foliage Green (Charge…

A brilliant solution for camcorder accessories

I'm an avid traveler and photographer who had trouble carrying my backpack and camera. I need to carry a camera where I can reach it: A camera in your backpack is useless. I looked at extremely expensive belts and totes, both chest and waist. And nothing seemed to offer convenience and bang for your buck. And then I came across this $9 gem from my old friends at OP/TECH and it seemed like a good idea. one of me was a bit more stubborn than the other, but that's not really a problem. I would say

Perfect for the traveling photographer!

GENIUS. They are such a simple product but honestly I get nervous every time I use them. I will explain. I'm a photographer and I love being outdoors and backpacking. With a full 60L backpack on my back, I've always had a hard time deciding how to transport my camera. I've never found a harness system that I liked and I can't use my Black Rapid cross harness with a backpack and the standard neck harness quickly becomes very uncomfortable with all the weight on my neck. . Somewhere in my search…

Pros
  • Includes a pair of connectors (each connector includes an adjustable webbing clothing clip and a universal loop). You end up with a Uni-Loop with paired insides and outsides
Cons
