Review on Rain Cloud by Andrew Griggs

I like the fact that it can easily be configured and can be used on multiple operating systems.It also has the option of supporting different cloud services and can be easily integrated with third party applications. As an admin, I always love using it as it gives me freedom whenever and wherever I require. Sometimes the application does not run well on certain operating systems. I would like to suggest the developers to include options that allow it to automatically run and log in the machine. This is the only platform where I have been able to log in as a third party user and manage the machines. It is a great tool for logging into the cloud and managing the machines.It allows other users to use it too, which is also amazing for administrators. We have used raincloud for our implementation of Salesforce in India market place with 15K+ customers across different verticals like Banking/Finance etc., The support team is very responsive & always there when you need them! Nothing so far but will continue using this product till we are done migrating all customer data from other systems into sales force one platform (SF1).
