The chair is very comfortable, but there are flaws, but not enough to compete with many stars. There is not enough padding in the seating area, I don't know why the manufacturers do it. There is three times more padding in the back of the seat than in the seat cushion. Leaning back comfortably distributes the weight. The only plus is that you are closer to the massagers. Can handle tall, heavy people - I'm 350 pounds and 6 feet tall, a good seat for tall people. The seat has straps that distribute weight and generate power all around. It's annoying - you can set the timer on the remote for up to 30 minutes, so have to go back to it every half hour. Time passes unnoticed, so it becomes annoying. The heat works well but gets too hot at times, be sure to wear a shirt. Massagers work on the upper back, lower back, thighs and lower legs. But they are rather weak for me, I wish the massagers were stronger, but they still feel good. The chair tilts me to the left so it ends up squeezing me into the left armrest post (it hurts after a while, I have to put a pillow here as a buffer or something), the armrests also have thin padding on the inside. Did they put 4 times more padding on the outside of the armrest than on the inside? It does not make sense. Despite the shortcomings, the value for money is excellent, I would recommend buying it. ________________________________________________22/09/19 Purchased on 26/01/19 Two massage units are defective and the weld at the base of the chair has failed. It's cracked and bent, I need to make a new MacGyver base. ----------- Update 19.10. All chair welds failed, avoid this chair like the plague. The manufacturer didn't care, they told me to talk to Amazon to get a replacement. Very cheap chair, overpriced for poor quality.
