I have ordered 4 small/medium and they always fit me. The last small/medium order is too big. I waited too long to try it on and then tried to return it but Hats LLC did not refund or exchange it. After a while the elastic stretches and becomes too loose, so I just order more. I don't think there is a way here. I like them better when they are customized than flexible! I will order again from "Hats" LLC and try them on immediately. If it doesn't fit, it'll come right back. If that happens then all for me, I'll go to the store at the mall.
