Serves its purpose, but could be better.

In general, the thing works. But it has one major downside: the handle is made out of a hard/transparent plastic that's almost impossible to hold on to when washing your hand with soap, and I'm betting it'll break before the rest wears out. only a washcloth was needed (there are already several sponges). I'd rather pay for what I really need than for a "package". However, it allows me to clean/wash my back despite a torn rotator cuff.
